• The Momentum Pension Trust is an exempt approved scheme under the provisions of Section 50c of the Isle of Man Income Tax Act 1970

Malta

• Momentum Pensions Malta Limited is regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority
• Momentum Pensions Malta Limited is authorised to act as a Retirement Schemes Administrator to Retirement Schemes registered under the Special Funds (Regulation) Act 2002
• Momentum Pensions Malta Limited is a company is registered in Malta - Company number C52627
• The Momentum Malta Retirement Trust is authorised to act as a Retirement Trust under the Special Funds (Regulation) Act 2002 - Registration number RS/008
